• –Venue partners and the individuals they authorize to access the Partner Portal to manage screens and content.

These Terms cover use of the Sites only. They do not replace or override any signed partnership or service agreement between YallaScreens and a venue partner. Where the two conflict, the signed agreement governs.

The website provides information about YallaScreens and lets visitors submit inquiries through contact or lead forms.

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a form, and not to use the website for any unlawful purpose.

All content on the website — text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to YallaScreens and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our written permission.

Access to the Partner Portal is limited to venue partners and individuals they authorize.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You agree to use the Portal only to manage your own screens and content, and not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate for public display.

We may remove content or suspend Portal access where content breaches these Terms or the terms of your partnership agreement.

The Portal runs on third-party and open-source technology. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by underlying platforms outside our reasonable control.

The YallaScreens name, logo, Portal software, and templates remain the property of Dreamora Tech Ventures, and any other logos and names are the copyright property of the specific owners.

You keep ownership of content you upload to the Portal. By uploading content, you grant YallaScreens a license to display, store, and process that content solely to provide the service.

The Sites are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We take reasonable steps to keep them running but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access, and we are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, YallaScreens is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Sites. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Partner Portal for breach of these Terms, non-payment under a partnership agreement, or misuse of the Sites.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Sites after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
